Efficient Travel Booking with Zip Ride
Zip Ride is a travel and navigation application designed for users to conveniently book cars for both local and outstation trips. The app requires users to create an account using their mobile number and OTP, ensuring a secure login process. Users can input their pickup and drop-off locations, select travel dates, and choose the type of vehicle they require. A fare estimate is provided based on the distance and other variables, allowing for informed booking decisions.
Once a booking request is submitted, the Zip Ride team confirms the trip and assigns a driver from their fleet. Users can track their bookings through the 'My Rides' feature, which displays trip details, fare breakdown, and driver information when available. Payment options include cash, UPI, or bank transfer, as the app does not support in-app card transactions. Overall, Zip Ride caters to the transportation needs of adults, primarily operating in Ranaghat, West Bengal.
